Penny's Dolly

My sweet niece requested a custom dolly from me for her birthday.  I have been making dollies for years and years and am just recently pulling away from it.  I love making them, but just got burned out.  One of my favorite things is when a customer (in this case, Penny) draws a photo of what she wants and then I get to work from that.  How darling is this drawing?

I love all of the details.  I got to work and whipped up this darling dolly for her.

I took these photos before realizing I had forgotten her cute earrings!  If you look in her photo above, you can see she definitely was supposed to have them.  Don't worry, I made sure to add them before gifting the dolly to my niece.

Look how cute!  She loved it so much and carried it around with her everywhere (along with the sock koala we made her for Christmas).  If you look closely, you can see those earrings I added.

This doll was my 321st doll I've made.  Crazy!  I'm so glad she loves it.
